A Heartfelt Thank You

After seven meaningful years of movement, healing, and connection in Montpelier, I want to share that Fluidly Moving Body Works will be closing its Montpelier studios on October 13, 2025.

This decision comes with a full heart and deep gratitude. Over the years, we've worked together to support health, well-being, and transformation—not just physically, but emotionally and energetically. It has been an honor to walk alongside you on your journey, and to witness the strength, growth, and resilience within this beautiful community.

Thank you for trusting me with your care, for showing up for yourselves, and for making this work so deeply rewarding. I’m endlessly grateful for all we’ve shared.
